2 months of work deleted overnight. No warning. No mercy.
I used Branvas for 2 months, customized my product listings, reworked all the descriptions, edited the photos. I did SEO, created a Pinterest account, produced content, generated new AI images. Months of work.
I temporarily unsubscribed while waiting for my first orders to come in through SEO and Pinterest, with the intention of resubscribing as soon as the first sales came in. I just wanted a short break.
What I discovered the next morning: ALL my product listings had been automatically deleted from my Shopify store. No notification, no warning, no grace period. 2 months of work thrown in the trash.
The best part? I was running Pinterest Ads at the exact moment they deleted everything. I spent my entire ad budget on a completely empty store without even knowing it.
Descriptions, edited photos, AI generated images, SEO and Pinterest optimizations. All gone. Impossible to recover anything.
I understand that an active subscription is needed to ship and process orders. But how exactly do the product listings I personally created and customized belong to them?
You know what their response was? "We work like Netflix, once you stop paying we delete your product listings." Absolutely disgraceful.
NOTHING BELONGS TO YOU WITH BRANVAS. Not your products, not your listings, not your descriptions, not your images, not your work. You are a tenant in your own store.
You are not a customer here. You are a hostage. Stay away.
