Reorder Reminder Pro does exactly that — set the usage days per product once, and it automatically sends each customer a personalised reminder at the right time. The built-in discount code feature has been a nice conversion boost too. Clean setup, zero ongoing effort. Solid app for any store selling products customers regularly run out of.
