I wish there was an option for zero stars as their support is terrible, might as well say non-existent, I've been trying to contact them for a week now and not a single person has replied or reached out to me to resolve the issue I'm facing.

Overall, the app is good for most tasks. So I would give 5 stars for that. But 0 stars for the support.

The founder of the app directly reached out to us after getting no reply from the support, and he promptly fixed the product SKU's issue we were facing. We are now satisfied with this app and are also using it on our other 2 stores as well. Hoping that this app stays great in the future as well.
