For us, the goal was to create a better post-purchase experience instead of just focusing on getting new customers. Kefi helped us do that without adding complexity. Customers now earn points automatically, and the redemption process is simple enough that they actually use it. We’ve already seen some repeat orders come in that we probably wouldn’t have gotten otherwise.
