Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible. Some products had no tracking information, or the information was inaccurate. Shipping was extremely slow: after I submitted my order, it actually took at least 10 days. Add to that approximately 20-30 days for transit. In total, you might have to wait 30-40 days to receive it!
I placed several test orders with them, and they all had problems. They seemed reliable at first, but as the number of orders increased, problems arose: missing tracking information, constant delays, angry customer calls complaining… Finally, to avoid losing customer trust, you have to issue refunds. When I contacted them for refunds or other solutions, they refused. I will never use this app again.
