Core feature broken — development team has missed multiple deadlines

The "apply to all" bulk watermark feature does not work reliably. It reports success but only applies watermarks to some products, not all, and still consumes credits for the ones it misses. This has now happened 3 times — twice on my own and once when the support team attempted it themselves.

Support agent Tacey has been communicative and responsive, but the development team has missed every deadline given. I was told the issue would be resolved within 10 hours — that deadline passed. I was then told it would be fixed by Monday — it is now Tuesday their time and nothing has changed, no update provided.

Total credits lost: 474+. Many products still unprotected.

I want this app to work — I paid for it and I need it. But until the development team actually fixes the "apply to all" functionality, I cannot recommend it for stores with large catalogs.
