The app keeps limiting my access to the basic level even though I upgraded to a paid plan, and it is not delivering the paid-level service promised. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but no one has responded.

We sincerely apologize as we identified a technical issue on updating the Basic plan last week that we've since resolved. We did our best to respond to every message, though weekend replies can take up to 48h.
To make it up to you, we've already added 3,000 free AI product credits to your account as for other merchants who encountered the issue. If you reinstall the app, you'll find them waiting.
