We didn’t realize how much friction the dropdown selector was causing until we switched to Kefi’s swatches. Earlier, customers had to read through variant names and imagine what they looked like. Now with visual swatches, everything is much clearer. The product page feels more interactive, and customers are spending more time exploring options before adding to cart.
