I initially thought that increasing the price of my shipping service would improve customer satisfaction and the store's reputation, but the results were unexpected: not a single order was shipped within 10 days; almost all orders were severely delayed. Items marked "in stock" didn't ship for several days. After contacting customer service, the response was always "ships today or tomorrow," but the order status remained stuck at "processing." As a result, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, and my brand reputation plummeted.
Using this service severely damaged my store's customer satisfaction and reputation. I strongly advise against it!
