I’ve been using the app a little over a month. I feel customer service could be more supportive when you’re confused about something. The AI alt text never has worked and I was charged credits for it. I like that it can help me with uploading pins and I can take a break. I haven’t saw any real results yet from using it.

We are a small team and do our best to help users as much as we can.
We resolved the issue with AI text generation.
The AI alt text is only created when a pin is scheduled or pinned as the alt text has to be generated from the complete image.
