Una is reacting fast on my questions and understand me through good english and i can fell that. This is normally a big problem for us dropshippers but not with Una; thank you!

GSR is a good agent, that acts fast and are helpfull.
The only reason i dont put 4 stars is that it is not easy to connect with the app. Una and her collegues helps you fast and good, so the error is not that a big think.
