It’s one of the most inclusive tools on Shopify. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback and is always working to improve, with new features rolling out almost every week. The team is incredibly supportive and easy to reach, which makes a huge difference. The flexibility they offer also stands out. Overall, Yozo has a lot of potential and a clear path forward.
