Canceled their app before the free trial expired because it didn’t work on my store and they still want to charge me. Update nothing has changed still.

The payment is not handled by us and automatically charged from Shopify side. Seems you've used for 3 days only before cancelling, the amount hasn't been credited on our side (billing cycle), if it is the case, happy to refund.
