Great Concept, but Lacks Essential Functionality and Support
> Conclusion upfront: I cannot recommend the app in its current state, especially given the lack of support. It needs more flexibility and technical stability.
Details:
I tested the paid version of Prizzzle, and while the app is very easy to set up and offers great marketing potential, it currently falls short of being a professional tool.
The Downsides:
Device Compatibility: The app does not function correctly on all mobile devices.
Lack of Customization: Even in the paid version, there is no way to adjust discount codes or conditions.
No Support: I contacted customer support multiple times, but have received no response to date.
Technical Suggestions for Improvement:
Embedded Placement: Provide an embed code or App Block to allow users to place the puzzle at specific locations on a page rather than just as a fixed overlay.
Localization: Add multi-language support or allow for customizable text strings to translate the interface.
Gamification Logic:
Puzzle Aesthetics: Change the "card" design to actual interlocking puzzle shapes.
Difficulty Settings: Increase the piece count (currently only 4 or 8) up to 32 pieces for better engagement.
Challenge Level: Make the target grid/placeholder optional. Currently, it shows exactly where each piece goes, making it too easy and removing the "puzzle" experience entirely.
Visual Aid: Make the final reference image optional.
