Returns used to mean refunds. Now most of them turn into exchanges or store credit. Setup was fast, the customer-facing portal looks clean, and I haven't had a single complaint from shoppers about the process. Does exactly what it says.
Super aweosome app as it saves money on returns and surely boosts brand recognition.
