Honestly installed this just for the AI chatbot part. My store gets a lot of traffic from older customers who aren't great with typing and I was losing them at the product selection stage. A friend mentioned Dux had voice support so I figured why not.

The voice assistant works way better than I expected. Customers can literally speak their questions and the agent guides them to the right product and adds it to cart. My conversion rate on mobile specifically went up noticeably after the first two weeks.
