We’ve been using Bagel since its early access phase, even before the public Shopify App Store launch, and it has become a core part of how we manage pre-orders and back orders.
Before Bagel, we tried multiple apps but still struggled with SKU-level pre-order limits, manual campaign creation, and operational errors caused by heavy data entry. Bagel simplified all of this dramatically. Our team now manages inventory limits through simple CSV uploads once or twice a week, and the automation handles the rest seamlessly.
Around 35% of our orders have been attributed to Bagel-managed pre-orders, which has had a significant impact on revenue recovery and inventory planning.
Beyond the product itself, the support and engineering team have been incredibly responsive and proactive, even building custom features to support our workflows. Highly recommended to scale revenue & ease operations.
