I run a small grocery store that sells bulk foods by weight, so having a reliable price-embedded barcode solution is essential. After a recent Shopify update made my previous barcode app too slow to use effectively, I started looking for an alternative and found the VS Price Embedded Barcodes App.
After signing up for the free trial, Gary reached out personally to see if I needed any help. Despite the significant time difference between Scotland and Western Canada, he made time to meet with me on Zoom and helped get everything connected properly with my Shopify inventory.
What really impressed me was the level of support. As we worked through my setup, I identified a few features that would make the app much more useful for my specific workflow. Gary wrote custom code and had the functionality implemented within 24 hours.
The app now does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it quickly. The custom reporting features have been incredibly valuable, and the overall experience has been outstanding. It's rare to find this combination of responsive support, willingness to listen to customer feedback, and rapid development.
