We’re sorry to see this 1-star review, especially since the app was installed and used for only 2 minutes and no support request or message was sent to us before leaving the rating.

We have tried to reach out multiple times to better understand what happened and to see how we could help, but unfortunately we have not received a response. We also noticed that the contact details provided appear to be inaccurate, as the phone number seems to belong to someone unrelated to your business.

Because we currently have no information about any issue with the app, and given the circumstances around this review, we have reported it to Shopify for further review.
