The level of aggressive upselling is incredible, and honestly, it's not surprising. They repeatedly urge you to speak with a sales representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, encouraging you to switch to a call with their sales team. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience felt this way, but we would like to clarify a few points.

The call we suggested was with our **support/onboarding team, not a sales representative**. For first-time setup and troubleshooting, we often recommend a live call because it allows us to understand your requirements, configure things correctly, and resolve issues much faster than a back-and-forth chat conversation.

As requested, we continued assisting you through chat as well. However, due to the nature of chat-based troubleshooting, collecting details, reviewing configurations, and providing step-by-step guidance can naturally take longer compared to a live session.

Regarding upselling: yes, we do offer plan upgrades, but only when customers are actively using the app and their usage exceeds the limits included in their current plan (such as sync volume or required features). We never intentionally slow down support or create frustration to push customers toward upgrading.

Our goal is always to help customers successfully use the app and grow with it. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving how we communicate our onboarding and support options.
