Unfortunately, they weren't available via chat or email. the SKUs generator are numbered oddly and automatic SKU generator seems not to be working anymore (for Products and/or Bundels). There are also UI issues. It seems this app is no longer supported or updated.
Edit 18-06: it seems they working on fixing the issue, in the end we choose to build our own implementation but I hope the bug is fixed for other users.

We did receive your message and replied via our support inbox, though it seems it may not have reached you — we're sorry for that gap and are looking into why. To clarify: Skywalk is actively maintained, and in this case we identified and fixed the SKU numbering and auto-generation bug you described shortly after hearing about it.
