You reached out and no one got back to you, that shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry. Launch Lab recently changed ownership and support lapsed during the handover. We're back and actively responding again now.
Before you cancel, let us make it right. Message us through the in-app chat and we'll get on the technical issue right away. After almost two years with us, the least we can do is fix this properly.
