StitchSEO is useful if your main goal is speed optimization. It feels limited in features beyond that, so it may not be enough for stores that want a more complete SEO toolkit. I would only choose it if speed is your primary need and you do not require much beyond that.

Speed optimization is one of the areas StitchSEO supports, but our goal is to provide a broader SEO toolkit for Shopify merchants, including meta tag optimization, image SEO, keyword-related features, content optimization, and other SEO improvements.
That said, we understand that your experience made the app feel more limited than expected. We are actively improving the product, especially around feature depth, keyword optimization, content generation, and overall SEO workflow support.
