I've been using this WhatsApp Automation app for my business, and it's been an amazing experience. As soon as a new order is placed, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation message on WhatsApp. The app also asks the customer to confirm the order, and once confirmed, it automatically applies a tag to the order, making order management incredibly easy.
One feature I really love is that the confirmation message also includes the image of the ordered product, which gives customers more confidence that the correct item has been ordered.
This automation has reduced my manual workload by almost 70% and has made my entire order confirmation process much faster and more organized.
Highly recommended for anyone running an eCommerce business and looking to automate their WhatsApp order confirmations!
