I installed this AI live chat app last week to help manage our daily customer messages. Setting it up on our storefront theme took less than ten minutes, and the backend dashboard layout is straightforward to look at. The AI does a great job in blending with our UI and also responded to standard shopper questions instantly without feeling rigid or robotic.
