This is the first product from the app store that I've been genuinely impressed with. If I may:
1) There are a few other sticker apps out there, but this one was the only one that self deploys. I got it up and running for our shop on a Friday evening with an Old Fashioned in one hand. no muss. no fuss.
2) I had a bug causing some crazy prices to show up in my calculator. A quick ticket opened, and it was fixed in under an hour. (they coulda waited longer, bummed nobody had time to buy a pack of 100 for $42,000 sticker).
3) Once we get big enough, we can dispense with the percentage of revenue, and pay a flat monthly fee. it feels really fair for the support and maintenance you're getting.
4) I just reached out with a feature request, figuring it'd get thrown into a pile. An hour later, they came back with a couple of questions, and went in and adjusted the cut line points for us, so one of our employees could see them easier as his vision fades.
As a 30 year veteran in Tech, I was growing so frustrated, that I was about to write my own configurator (or hire an employee to write one) to suit our needs. So far, Matt over at Tally is sitting over there showing me that I don't need to bother.
My only beef is a general one for seemingly every single app I've reviewed:: Give me some API or MCP access option without me having to drop enterprise license cash for it. 10bucks a month or something. I understand that using them has historically been a huge sign of a heavy enterprise user, but I think the technical deficit needed to leverage them has been pretty well closed by LLMS at this point, and I'd really like to unify the rest of my interface so my technicians don't have to be trained to use multiple applications; I want them to focus on becoming better technicians! :)
