I have not received any help since I reached out two weeks ago due to my net accounts not showing up correctly at checkout. Now when trying to check out the cart disappears. I am not happy with this as this is holding up my business.

Update: Sophia reached out to me and assigned someone personally to help me set up my wholesale page. Ajay was very very help. He communicated with me and did a walk through with me to ensure that it was set up correctly. He also provided me with some advice on how to properly ensure that my customers were seeing what is needed when checking out. Thank you Sophia and Ajay!
