Great app that does exactly what it promises. Setting up custom forms with file uploads is quick and straightforward. The interface is clean, easy to use, and offers plenty of customization options. Everything works smoothly, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that needs custom forms with file uploads.
