Our onboarding was largely hands-off (it uses your site's content) and the Saywhatt team are borderline obsessive about making sure the bot does not hallucinate. And (somewhat miraculously) it has literally never hallucinated.

We sell complex products and it's been an incredible piece of the customer journey for us.
