11 Rs Peer message and not even 1 conversion and its all fully scam, and they automatically activate plans without any intimation and later say some stupid reasons, the plans are not going to be same as u see in the page, they will loot your business bro please stay away from this scam

Wava’s pricing is clearly published on both our Shopify listing and pricing page, including the fact that automated-message rates vary by country. Wava cannot approve Shopify billing on a merchant’s behalf: Shopify recorded authorization on this store, and the relevant automations were enabled.
The claim of zero conversions also does not match our records, although we will not disclose a merchant’s private performance data publicly.
Our team continued trying to investigate the concern while receiving repeated profanity, insults, and accusations. We will not reproduce that language here. We take every billing question seriously, and our team is proud to help many merchants use Wava successfully. We are grateful for the respectful relationships we have built with them, and we believe that same basic respect should apply to every support conversation.
