Ditto to the earlier review about the speed of fixes.

Installed the app and the hearts werent appearing. Went to the chat had an obviously human result in under a minute, told them the problem, Michael looked and discovered it didnt cover our theme.

Within 3-4 minutes the code was written and installed and our hearts appeared. Noticed then the product page hearts werent in the right right place, told Michael and again 3-4 minutes and the hearts are now in the right place and everything looks and feels how I wanted it to.

Look forward now to the functionality mirroring the proffessionalism of the back up service.
