Chatifai is an excellent AI chatbot that makes customer support simple and efficient. It automatically learns your products, FAQs, and store policies to provide quick and accurate answers. The multilingual support is very useful for serving customers from different countries. I also like the product recommendations, live agent handoff, and abandoned cart recovery features. Overall, it’s a powerful and easy-to-use app, especially for Shopify stores looking to improve customer engagement and sales.
