ShopGuide: CRO & AI Assistant

ShopGuide has been a great addition to our store. It does a fantastic job assisting customers with any questions or doubts they have in real time, and it also gives us as merchants genuinely useful CRO ideas by tracking the entire customer journey for anyone who engages with the chat. Being able to see where shoppers hesitate has helped us make smarter improvements to our store. Highly recommend it for both the customer support side and the conversion insights.
