Fast-moving team and a simple shipping workflow
We tested atoship because we wanted an alternative to the larger shipping platforms. The software is easy to understand, but what impressed us most was the team behind it.
During onboarding, we mentioned a feature that would make processing our Shopify orders easier. They understood the request, kept us updated, and released an improvement shortly afterward. That level of responsiveness is rare, especially for a smaller merchant like us.
Being able to pay by wire, ACH, or crypto is also very useful. We use ACH for normal account funding, but it’s good to have other options available when needed.
