I was struggling to get the volume discount widget to work across our color variants (which are set up as separate linked products), and the support team went above and beyond — they personally checked my store, explained a clean workaround (applying the volume discount across the specific color products instead of relying on a single product's variant selector), and even helped set it up. Quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
