You're absolutely right, and we want to explain what happened: during our free launch campaign, all features — including rollback — should have been fully available to everyone. Unfortunately, there was a bug that was incorrectly restricting the rollback feature even during the campaign period. We've already identified and fixed this issue.

The great news is that all your price change data and backups are safely stored in the app. You can now go to Price Change Jobs, find your job, and use the Rollback button to restore your original prices. It's fully unlocked now.
