easy to set up but button cannot be clicked. not sure what's the problem

Hi! We tested the WhatsApp button directly on your storefront and confirmed that it is clickable and working correctly.
The app remains installed and the button continues to be displayed on your website. If it were not working, keeping it active would leave your customers with a broken contact option, which is not the case based on our testing.
This is a free app that we invest significant time and effort into maintaining for our users. If you are dissatisfied with it, we kindly ask that you remove the app and its button from your store.
