Honestly wasn't sure what we needed going into the implementation of real-time shipping into Shopify — none of us on marketing know shipping software, we just knew we needed to provide our online clients with rates and shipping options. Eniture's support team walked us through it without making us feel dumb for asking basic questions, which I appreciated more than I expected to.
The thing that actually sold me: they didn't disappear after we bought. Stuck around through the whole setup, answered emails fast, helped us fix stuff as it came up instead of pointing us to a help article. We couldn't have made it through this process w/out Eniture's app and support team. Great guys!
