MIMI has been fantastic to work with. We ran into a specific issue with our Shopify POS setup that our store needed to handle differently, and their support team responded incredibly quickly.
What really impressed us was that they didn’t just send us a generic support response or tell us there was no way to do it. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, understood the problem, and actually added new functionality to the app specifically to make our workflow work.
The turnaround was fast, communication was excellent, and the new functionality worked beautifully once implemented.

For anyone reading with the same problem: Sweet Palooza needed a reduced food tax rate on weighed candy at the register, and Shopify POS doesn't let an app set a tax rate on a weighed line. We found a way around it, and it's now a setting you can switch on per product or on a product group, so a shop with ninety reduced-rate items sets it once.
