ATA makes clothes meant to last, and the systems behind them should hold up just as well. We think about how people arrive at our clothes as much as the clothes themselves. Since making this change, conversion from paid traffic has improved meaningfully. It's a small thing, but it reflects how we like to work: clearly, and with respect for the person on the other end.
