We added Flowcart to let customers complete checkout right inside WhatsApp—no redirects, no drop-off. Setup was quick, syncs cleanly with our Shopify catalog, and our conversion on WhatsApp inquiries jumped almost immediately since people can actually pay without leaving the chat. Support has been responsive whenever we've had questions. Highly recommend if you're serious about WhatsApp as a sales channel, not just a support line.
