RiskClarity has been a game-changer for our store. Instead of just getting a vague ‘medium risk’ score, we now get clear, plain-English reasons and a recommended action (allow, verify, or hold). The gray-zone orders that used to stress us out are finally manageable. We’ve cut down on both fraudulent losses and unnecessary manual reviews. The audit trail is excellent for charge backs too!

Vague risk scores leave you doing the real work yourself, so the plain-English reasoning and a clear allow/verify/hold recommendation were the whole point.
