**Great analytics tool with an intuitive interface**

Ptengine has been really helpful for understanding how customers interact with our Shopify store. The interface is easy to use, and the heatmaps and session recordings make it much easier to identify user behavior and potential conversion issues.

We especially like being able to quickly see where users are clicking, where they drop off, and which parts of the page need improvement. It’s also quite easy to get started without a lot of technical setup.
