Good start, but the integration still needs significant enhancement.

Shopify x MoEngage current integration provides a good foundation and makes the initial integration relatively straightforward. However, from a CRM, personalization and analytics perspective, there are still important gaps in the data being captured and synced to MoEngage.

Customer identity and profile attributes need to be much richer, and more product and custom attributes should be available out of the box. Today, this limits our ability to build advanced segmentation, personalization and customer journeys without additional custom implementation.

It is a promising version, but I would strongly encourage the team to enhance the depth of customer, product and transactional data available through the native integration.
