We needed more flexibility than Shopify’s standard variant system could give us. With Rich Product Options, we can offer additional accessories and optional upgrades without turning every combination into a separate product. We also like that customers only see the choices that are relevant to what they select, which keeps the ordering process much more natural. It has helped us organize our catalog better and give customers more control over how they configure their products.
