Kolton AI Chat & Comments

Using Kolton has been a great experience. We've been runnning a few brands for 15+ years. We've always had dedicated CS reps and pride ourselves on providing a very high-quality personalized approach to our interactions with our customers. So, it's been really hard to embrace this new wave of Ai chatbots. But, Kolton offered us the ability to train the model based on our communications with our customers. Over the last few months, I've been trying out the agent and it's done a very good job at responding to our customers in a convincing way. In addiiton, I like the fact that you can have full control over when the agent does work and when it is neccesary for a human to step in. Kolton has not fully replaced our CS team yet, But, it's definitely doing a very good job handling the majority of issues while requiring very minimal human involvement.
