It let us do our inventory as Stocky is no longer available. It did crash a few times, there needs to be filters and sort by, and it needed a couple more options for reporting to export. Other than that, it saved us and let us complete our inventory. Thank you!

Taking your points in order:
The crashes are what I care about most. I'd genuinely like to find them. If you can tell me roughly when it happened and which screen you were on, I keep server logs and can usually trace the exact request. You can reach me straight from inside the app.
Sort by — you're right, there isn't any. That's a fair miss and it's being added.
Filters — there are some on the count page: a search box for name, barcode or SKU, plus "Discrepancies only" and "Uncounted only". If you didn't find them, that's a problem with my layout rather than with you looking, and I'm making them clearer.
More reporting and export options — a fuller reporting section is already built and I'm finishing it off now. Tell me which report you needed and it goes straight to the top of the list.
And for anyone else reading this: the app is young and I build it week by week, mostly straight from requests like this one. If something's missing for your shop, write to me — it usually gets built.
