Extremely unreliable – A disaster for any business!
I highly advise against using this app and supplier. Their customer service is practically non-existent: they completely ignore urgent emails, and nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call support.
What makes it even worse for a dropshipping business is their faulty system. The app fails to properly update delivery addresses—ignoring country changes and generating incorrect electronic shipping labels. This resulted in my orders being misrouted internationally, causing massive delivery delays. You are left completely on your own, forced to double-order items to fix their mistakes, and you won't get any response or help.
If you are looking for a reliable partner for your e-commerce store, stay away from Matterhorn. Completely unprofessional!
