I'm sorry to hear you haven't been responded to. I'm trying to pull up any information I can find for your store in our ticketing system and I'm drawing a blank so I'm wondering if your messages aren't making it to me for some reason.

Given the mention of a promised feature, it sounds like you're responding on an existing ticket that might have found its way into spam and therefore I'm not seeing your updates.

Would you mind creating a new ticket please just to start an initial conversation - don't worry about going into the full details of your request, as I'd like to first make sure your ticket comes through to me.
