We installed Deep Lumen 1 week ago, I thought all was well, but today I noticed an issue on one of our product pages. It was going to cartsure.top. They added Cartsure code onto the header and footer of our website to steal customer information. Luckily we caught it in time and spoke with a Shopify agent. Who instructed us delete the app and how to remove the coding. Moving forward we will be careful of what we download. I thought it could be trusted since it was an option in the Shopify App store.

DeepLumen does not contain, load or link to any code from cartsure.top, and our app does not edit your theme's header or footer files. Code injected into theme files usually comes from another installed app, a theme or collaborator change, or a compromised account. That's why it can seem tied to whichever app was installed most recently.
You did the right thing by removing it quickly. We've emailed you a step-by-step checklist for finding the real source, so it doesn't come back after our app is removed. We're also happy to review your theme code with you at no cost. You can reach us any time at support@deeplumen.com.
